		<description>Well look who has her own website...My old partner in public safety, Theresa.  I could not be more proud of you and hope things work out well.  Losing a job can be traumatic for anyone, however, you have that rare, and distinct, quality of determination and grit needed to succeed.  So for those of you out there who are looking for someone who has made tough decisions under pressure, but still has the grace and diplomacy skills of a business professional, I whole-heartedly recommend Theresa.  Good luck and Godspeed.</description>
